Most text should be displayed black (the default). However, a small selection of strong colours has been provided, to allow small amounts of text to be highlighted; the colours available are RED, BLUE and MAGENTA. To apply one of these colours:
- Select the text to be highlighted;
- Select the colour required (i.e. textred, textblue or textmagenta) in the Styles drop-down list in the Editor Toolbar.
The default background for text is transparent, allowing the Watermark image for the page to appear behind the text. However, a small selection of pale backgrounds has been provided to allow small amounts of text to be distinguished; the background colours available are YELLOW, GREEN and BLUE. To apply one of these background colours:
- Select the text to be highlighted;
- Select the background colour required (i.e. bkgyellow, bkglightgreen or bkglightblue) in the Styles drop-down list in the Editor Toolbar.
Applying two styles to a block of text, one from each group, allows you to combine a text and background colour. The colour formats can also, of course, be used with, for example Bold and Italic.
