74 This is a matter for national debate.  However if any decisions impact on the quality of village life then we’d like it to be debated locally.  Probably that’s nimbyism but if the hillside was covered in solar panels or if the Ridgeway was a line of windmills we’d have a lot to say about it.  Some might also want their voice heard if they fracked underneath us.
