The site currently has five email accounts attached to it:

  • This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., the email address to which "Contact Us" messages can be sent by visitors to the site;
  • This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., used for Sutton Poyntz Society mail;
  • This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., used for the distribution of Society newsletters;
  • This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., used by the Biodiversity Group;
  • This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., used by Sutton Poyntz Ltd.

To log in to the WebMail system to view email traffic:

  • In your web browser, go to http://one.com
  • Click "Webmail"
  • Enter the email address (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. etc.). Enter the password for that email account. Click "Log in"

You will enter the main Webmail screen. This shows a list of mail folders (Inbox, Drafts, Sent and any others that you have created), and a list of mail messages in the currently selected folder. It also shows you contents of the latest message, or the one you have selected. Buttons at the top allow you to create a new message, to reply to a message or forward it, to print it, or to delete it.

When you write a message, you can attach a file, add addressees, paste material from other applications, change formatting etc., all much as you will probably expect. Click the Save button to save the message without sending it (for later editing), or the Send button to send it.

Click the Logout button when you have finished.
