23 September 2017 - Coffee Morning for Macmillan Cancer Support
Dear all,
I promised you further details of the Macmillan Coffee Morning which Hilary is organising in the Mission Hall next Friday, 29 September. This is part of the World's Biggest Coffee Morning and will take place between 10.30am and noon. I cannot better Hillary's words when she says "I haven't organised a coffee morning like this before so I hope I'm doing it right. Sadly all of us have been touched by cancer in one way or another and Macmillan is such a good cause. I just want as many people as possible to come and make it a success." There will be lots of gorgeous homemade cakes to go with your coffee (or tea if you prefer), hall decorations and plenty of good conversation. So, for a donation of £2 a head - or more if you wish - help Hilary send as much as possible from Sutton Poyntz to a most worthwhile charity. All contributions will help Macmillan make sure that no one has to face cancer alone.
