Dog mess: I have requested the dog warden do a patrol of the area mentioned and come back with their findings and any possible actions that could be taken

Parking and traffic issues: Any request for traffic regulations need to be sent to one of the town councillors for Preston and Sutton Poyntz

Bus service: We are compiling evidence for First Bus (and other providers were have had contact with) to show there is a demand there for a service. The proposed route would be the old 4A route covering Sutton Poyntz and other areas of Preston not catered for. But instead of leaving Preston via Greenhill it would go along Littlemoor Road to the shopping centre then into the park-and-ride then into the retail park at Mercery Road (where a new M&S is proposed) before then heading into town. Road re-surfacing: We have long pushed for road re-surfacing works in Sutton Poyntz and are very pleased that Sutton Road will begin re-surfacing on the 22nd May starting with the stretch from Preston Road to the telephone box with the second stretch to be done later in consultation with the pub due to delivery issues. Puddledock Lane is not owned by the council meaning the council won’t re-surface it. They have carried out a few safety repairs but we are looking at working with the highways team about possible adoption

Residents meeting: We are holding our next public meeting on Monday 29th April at 19:00 at Preston village hall
