26 October 2015 - Important - Village Fayre meeting
Good evening everyone,
Village Street Fayre Open Committee Recruitment Meeting
Tuesday 3 November at 7.30
in The Blue Duck Bar at the rear of Springhead
Guy Bridge, the Fayre Committee Chairman says:-
"This is an open meeting to discuss options for the Village Street Fayre planned for Sunday 26 June 2016. The first question may be "Do we actually hold another Street Fayre?"
If the answer is "Yes" then we need to form a committee ready for the first of our monthly meetings later in November, so if you are interested in finding out more please come along on Tuesday.
There will be past committee stalwarts present, but if you are new to the village or feel you could have a role to play then come and see us for this very relaxed meeting, which is all about input from everyone on how we progress.
Hopefully we will have lots of helpers on the day, but this meeting is really about the committee that organise the whole event.
Get yourself a drink and join us in the new Blue Duck Bar, which the Springhead have very kindly said we can use.
