Dear All,
The BBC Children in Need appeal is well underway, and Sutton Poyntz will be joining in to raise money for the many good causes that it supports. At the Mission Hall this coming Saturday, 23 November, between 11.30am and 4pm tea, coffee and yummy cakes will be available, and over lunch time homemade soup and a ploughmans lunch will set you back just £6 per person. As the soup is being made Dave Burge, whose culinary skills are legendary, and it is being organised by Maureen (the Move, 835533), it's well worth postponing what you had intended to do and make a special visit the Mission Hall. So drop in just for coffee and cake or something more substantial on Saturday; the conversation is an added bonus, and all the proceeds will go to Children in Need.
