21 October 2023 - Mission Hall News: Coffee, Soup - and then Music
The village Coffee Morning on 3rd November will be on behalf of the BBC's Children in Need appeal, and will be an expanded format. Coffee and cake (£3) from 10 a.m. until noon (note the slightly changed start time), followed by Soup & Roll lunch (£5) between noon and 2 p.m. There will be a raffle. All proceeds will go to the Children in Need appeal. See poster.
Please also make a note in your diaries of a musical "Open Mic" evening, being run by the Mission Hall Trust, at the Mission Hall on Friday 17th November, 7.30 start. A group of local musicians, being organised for us by Ric Potter. Tickets will be on sale soon, £10 including a Ploughman's Supper (byob).
